Voicemail

I just switched to Mineo and I would like to start the voicemail service but I don't know to.
I red this message on the website: ボイスメールのご利用にはお留守番サービスEX※のご契約が必要です。
mineo通信サービスでは、お留守番サービスEX※の新規でのお申し込みは受け付けておりません。
Does this mean I cannot use the voicemail service?

With mineo, only the S(Softbank) plan allows you to use iPhone voicemail.
Which mineo plan are you using?

Hi,I am using the Aプラン デュアルタイプ
The Voicemail is not available on the Plan A.Instead, you can use the Live Voicemail on your iPhone.
Set the language and region to English and the United States, etc. If you set it to English and Japan, it won't work🥲
