Apple デバイス同士であれば、FaceTimeを使われたら如何ですか？
通話料は不要で、データ通信料だけでOK
パケット通信料は、通常「オーディオ」通話で約1～2MB/1分、「ビデオ」通話で約25～30MB/1分です。
