atomテザリング方法

こんにちは。
mineo-docomoでユニハーツatom Android8.1を使用しています。この端末を使って、テザリングを利用しようと試みました。atom本体はテザリングをしているマークがででいるのですがノートパソコンやタブレットが電波を拾えずテザリングができない状況です。どなたか、atomでのテザリング方法ご存知のかたおしえていただけると助かります。
(atom本体で通話やネットはできています)

Unihertz Atom とのテザリングは以下の方法は出来そうな気がします。
・ＰＣを使う場合
USB テザリングが利用できると思います。
（マニュアル６６ページ Using USB tethering to share mobile Internet with a computer）
Unihertz Atom は USB Type-C となっています。
ＰＣ側はお使いの機種にあわせてデータ通信用ケーブルを用意してください。
1. Unihertz Atom とＰＣを USB ケーブルで接続
2. Unihertz Atom で設定を開く
3. Touch Network &Internet > Hotspot & Tethering
「ネットワークとインターネット」をタップ
「ホットスポット＆テザリング」をタップ
4. Turn on the USB tethering switch
「USB テザリング」のスイッチをオンにする
・タブレットを使う場合
Bluetooth テザリングが利用できないでしょうか？
（マニュアル６６ページ最後～ Using Bluetooth tethering to share your mobile Internet）
1. Establish a Bluetooth connection between two devices and check that they are paired.
Unihertz Atom とタブレットを Bluetooth でペアリングします
2. Unihertz Atom の設定を開く
3. Touch Network &Internet > Hotspot & Tethering
「ネットワークとインターネット」をタップ
「ホットスポット＆テザリング」をタップ
4. Turn on the Bluetooth tethering switch
「Bluetooth テザリング」のスイッチをオンにする
5. On the Bluetooth screen, touch next to the name of the paired device, and then turn on the Internet access switch to establish an Internet connection.
Bluetooth の画面でペアリングしたデバイスの名前をタップ
「インターネットアクセス」のスイッチをオンにする
